After breakfast at the hotel proceed for sightseeing of Cherrapunjee: Seven Sisters Waterfalls, Nahkhalikai Falls, Dainthlen Falls, Thangkharang park and Mwasmai Cave – is only a distance of 150 meters is open for tourists, while the other section is closed. The stalactites and stalagmites caves have innumerable forms, shapes and sizes inside leaving one to imagine as many life forms as possible. This magnificent natural wonder is the handiwork of years of natural abrasion and underground water.  After all the sight seeing drive back to hotel for overnight stay.

 After breakfast drive to Mawlynnong Village. Mawlynnong/Mawlynnong Village located in the East Khasi Hills of Meghalaya, also referred as ‘God’s own garden’ has won the acclaim of being the cleanest village in Asia in 2003. The village known for its cleanliness is located around 90 kms from Shillong and is a community based eco-tourism initiative. The community has made collective effort to maintain the ambience of a clean village. The village offers picturesque natural beauty, a trek to the living root bridge at a neighbouring village Riwai. Later drive back to Cherrapunjee. Ovenight at hotel.

After breakfast proceed for the sightseeing of Shillong – Don Bosco Museum, Wards Lake, Elephant falls and Shillong Peak.

Don Bosco Museum: Timing: During Summer (February 01-November 30), it is open from 09:00 am to 05:30 pm. During Winter (December 01 to January 31), it is open from 09:00 am to 04:30 pm. The Museum remains closed on all Sundays

 Shillong peak: Open all days 10:00 AM to 03:00 PM. Since the road to the peak passes through Indian Air Force, permission is given by them and may be remain close due to security reasons without prior notice. One need’s to submit ID’s in the office to visit the peak. Foreigners are not allowed to visit the peak.

Later drive back to hotel for night stay.

After  breakfast check out from hotel and drive towards Guwahati airport/railway Station for onward journey.
